We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date, as indicated by the tracking information.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or receipt, which is included in your confirmation email or account history.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

3. Refund Options

If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following refund options:

  • Full Refund: Issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Store Credit: A credit to your BBG Bag account, issued within 3 business days, which can be used for future purchases (valid for 12 months).

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

4. How to Return an Item

Follow these steps to return your purchase:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@bbgbag.com or message us via Messenger with your order number and reason for return (e.g., “changed mind,” “defective item”).
  2. Receive Approval: We’ll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and the RMA number clearly written on the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the package to: BBG Bag Returns, 9608 Grant Ave, Manassas VA 20110, United States. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number.
  5. Inspection and Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item within 3-5 business days and notify you of the refund or store credit approval.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, in which case we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right:

  • Timeframe: Report the issue within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.
  • Process: Email us at support@bbgbag.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage/defect.
  • Resolution: We’ll provide a prepaid return label and, upon receipt, issue a refund or send a replacement (based on availability) at no additional cost.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges due to inventory constraints. To exchange an item:

Here’s what to expect after we receive your return:

  • Refund to Original Payment: 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal may take 3-5 days, credit cards up to 10 days).
  • Store Credit: Issued within 3 business days and emailed to you.

Certain situations may alter our standard policy:

  • Holiday Periods: Orders placed between November 15 and December 31 may be eligible for an extended return window until January 31 of the following year.
